In the case of returning an item not picked up by the customer, only the value of the item will be refunded excluding shipping costs, if the item is customised the money will not be refunded but you will have the option to send it back to you paying the shipping costs.

“International buyers – Import duties, taxes, fees, etc. are not included in the price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional charges may be before purchasing. I have no way of knowing if/when any customs charges will apply to a shipment. thanks!”

It’s easy! Just go to our gift card page, choose the card you want and checkout.

Just add the code to make the charge or discount to your selected purchase.

Yes, you can deduct the value of the Gift Card from the order and pay the rest with any of our available payment methods.

No. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

We’re sorry, but once your gift card expires, you can’t use the balance on it.
