Shipping and Delivery

International Shipping
At Baltibañas brand we have customers in many parts of the world, so we ship our products anywhere that has a postal address.
Standard shipping:
Canada: 10-20 business days
United States: 10-20 days
European Union: 4-10 business days
Europe outside the European Union: 15-20 days
Rest of the world: 15-25 business days
DHL Express:
USA / Canada: 3-5 days
European Union – 2-3 days.
Europe outside the European Union: 5-7 days.
Rest of the world: 5-7 days
All international orders will require a signature upon receipt. Please choose a delivery address during the checkout process where there is a good chance you will accept delivery.
Important! We do not ship to P.O Box on Express orders.
Customs and import taxes
All orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs charges, and these tend to vary between countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Baltibañas Brand is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payments
Payment Processing
Baltibañas Brand uses third party tools for its payment processing and is in no way connected with any payment information provided, such as credit card or bank details.
Any rejected payment costs will be borne by the user.

At Baltibañas brand we keep your payment information protected. As owners of the site we never receive your credit card details.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.
Withdrawal of your order
You may cancel and return your order from the date you place your order up to 14 days after you receive the items ordered. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund including standard shipping costs. If you decide to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Return Conditions
If you wish to exchange an item or return it for a refund, please email us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and we will provide you with our return address. Then send us your returned items complete with original packaging (if possible) and a note with your name and address details. To ensure that we receive your bag, it is recommended that you send it via a signed for service. Once your return arrives, we can inspect your bag and issue a refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original unused condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns of:
- Personalised orders
- Digital gift cards
- Intimate items such as face masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
International Returns
Please mark your package as GOODS RETURNED. This must be clearly written on your country specific customs information document on the outside of the package or on the package itself. If it is not written, there is a possibility that your return will be refused on entry to customs and sent back to you.
Baltibañas Gift Cards
By purchasing a Baltibañas gift card (Gift Card), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as the Baltibañas General Terms and Conditions.
Use and redemption
Gift Cards can only be used to purchase Baltibañas products on baltibanas.com. Gift Cards can also be used to pay shipping costs and purchase taxes (where possible).
To check the balance of a Gift Card, use the link sent in the original email with the gift card that takes you to baltibanas.com. When you add your Gift Card to your basket, your available balance will be displayed.
You cannot use a Gift Card to buy another Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold or used for payments outside of baltibanas.com.
When you use a Gift Card to make a purchase, the value of the purchase will be deducted from your balance. Any remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card and can only be used to purchase Baltibañas products on baltibanas.com. If your purchase exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, you must pay the remaining value with another payment method.
Once a Gift Card has been redeemed in full, it cannot be reused or reloaded.
Risk and Loss
Risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser. Gift Cards are like cash and should be treated in the same way. Baltibañas brand is not responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of a Gift Card or if it is used without your permission. Baltibañas cannot trace or refund lost Gift Cards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baltibañas makes no warranties in connection with the Gift Cards, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, in the event that a Gift Card does not work, your sole remedy and our sole liability is to replace the Gift Card.
Fees, Charges, Cancellation and Fraud
There are no fees for using the Gift Cards.
You agree not to make dishonest, misleading or deceptive use of a Gift Card.
We reserve the right, without notice to you, to cancel a Gift Card without refund if we suspect that the Gift Card was obtained, or is being used or applied, fraudulently, illegally, or in any other manner that violates these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to request additional verification of identity or to request alternative forms of payment if we believe that a Gift Card has been obtained fraudulently.
Returns and Exchanges
Products purchased with a Gift Card may be exchanged or returned in accordance with Baltibañas brand’s General Terms and Conditions.
Gift Cards may not be returned, resold, transferred for value, exchanged for cash or applied to other accounts, except to the extent required by law.
All returns of products purchased with a Gift Card will be reversed as a credit on the Gift Card or a new Gift Card will be issued for the value of the return.

Materials
Our bags are primarily made from 100% waxed cotton canvas, better known as waxed canvas, this material has been treated with wax to provide protection against the elements, and is accompanied by bovine leather and brass hardware.
If each of our products is properly cared for, its durability is quite extensive. Our product is designed to acquire greater beauty and character as they age, with each wrinkle and line representing a more lived adventure or experience.
